Hi!
I'm Kristyn and I have 6 (yes 6) kids, a husband, two German Shepherds, a million ideas, and approximately zero ability to sit still.
So, I started a clothing brand. Welcome to Unsupervised Society.
US started with a pretty simple idea: I wanted to create something that felt like me. Something bold, a little chaotic, feminine, unapologetic, and completely unbothered by the idea that everything has to fit neatly into a box.
Because honestly, I've never been particularly good at fitting into one.
I've always been the person with too many ideas, too many opinions, and a tendency to do things on my own way. I like pretty things, but I also like getting dirty. I can appreciate a good outfit and then go outside and spend the afternoon doing something completely ridiculous. I'm a mom, a wife, a business owner, a creator, and someone who has reinvented herself more times than I can count.
That's where Unsupervised Society came from.
The name isn't really about being reckless. It's about being comfortable enough with yourself to stop worrying about whether everyone else approves.
It's about those who are a little wild. The ones who don't always have it together. The ones who have changed their minds, started over, made mistakes, taken chances, and kept going anyway.
The ones who were never really interested in being told how they're supposed to be.
US is clothing, but I want it to become more than that. I want it to feel like a community. A place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel like you belong.
Some pieces will be loud. Some will be subtle. Some will be funny. Some will have meaning that you might not notice until you look a little closer.
And honestly, that's kind of the point.
There is a story behind all of this and I'm still writing it.
